Cadey specializes in new construction, developer marketing and sales and luxury home and condo sales in Chicago’s near north neighborhoods and has established a strong record of closing millions of dollars of sales of some of the finest homes and condos on the city’s north side. She prides herself on applying the same level of care regardless of a home’s sales price.
Cadey cut her teeth in real estate over a 10-year period of leading marketing and business development activities for a Chicago-based luxury real estate developer of single family homes and condos and realized she had a keen passion and talent for the business.
In addition to serving the needs of sellers and buyers, Cadey works with developers in the acquisition of land and sales and marketing of new properties. She utilizes her deep knowledge and experience in new development by counseling clients on floor plan design, home finishes, features and amenities and pricing strategy to maximize their investment returns.
Cadey co-founded and leads a real estate business networking group composed of top service professional across a range of industries. She also serves on the Board of the Sheffield Neighborhood Association, the primary interface between Lincoln Park residents, developers and other business owners.
Cadey is a longtime resident of Lincoln Park where she is very active in her community, church and charities.
